This course is designed to introduce you to over 50 of my favourite superfoods.

Each of these foods will enhance your wellbeing and add some nourishing, tasty ingredients to your diet, boosting immunity, energy, hormone balance and metabolic health (ie cholesterol and blood sugar).

I have split these superfoods into groups and there are plenty of delicious easy recipes, chef tips, storage tips and nutrition facts.
